With less than 60 days left for the 2016 Rio Olympics, the Ethiopian Athletics Federation (EAF) and athletes are at loggerheads with regard to the selection of marathon runners.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has announced a pre-Olympic testing program. The governing body indicated that the fight against doping is a priority for the IOC which has established a zero tolerance policy.
